Adam Boumel is a skilled trial attorney known for delivering exceptional results in complex, high-stakes personal injury cases in Florida and California. Born in Boston and raised in South Florida, Adam began his career in the entertainment industry, working as a successful talent agent and promoter for large-scale music festivals. Initially planning to become an entertainment lawyer, he earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California.
Adam’s path took a pivotal turn at Pepperdine when he enrolled in a trial advocacy class and discovered a deep passion for courtroom litigation. Inspired by a guest lecture from a successful alumnus, Adam shifted his focus to plaintiff-side trial work. He went on to complete a master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s nationally top-ranked Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, further sharpening his skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
Trying his first case and delivering his first closing statements just months after passing the bar — achieving a substantial early victory for his client — Adam has since helped secure countless life-changing recoveries for his clients, through both settlements and jury verdicts in State and Federal Court. Among his current cases, Adam serves as one of the lead trial lawyers in a closely watched lawsuit involving a fatal Tesla Autopilot crash in Key Largo, Florida — a case with national implications for the future of vehicle automation and corporate accountability.
From Adam’s perspective, the most enjoyable part of being a lawyer is cross-examining a biased defense expert, delivering a compelling closing statement, and telling his client’s story in a way that moves the jury. The most rewarding aspect, however, is helping his clients — not just in recovering the resources they need to restore their quality of life, but in rebuilding their dignity and respect when corporations, insurance companies, and defense lawyers attempt to dehumanize them.
Known for his meticulous preparation, persuasive courtroom presence, and compassionate client service, Adam has built a reputation as a fierce advocate who always puts clients first — from the first meeting to the final verdict. In addition to the personal care he provides, Adam takes tremendous pride in the details and nuances of the legal process, working tirelessly to give his clients the best strategy, advice, and outcomes possible.
In his personal life, Adam is blessed to have an amazing (and beautiful) wife, Tess. In his spare time, he can be found singing and dancing (poorly) to Taylor Swift with his daughter Ella and reading Harry Potter (currently up to The Prisoner of Azkaban) with his son, Jacob.
In addition to his personal injury work, Adam maintains a select entertainment law practice, representing artists including eight-time Grammy® Award winner Ms. Lauryn Hill.
